Dan Kytyr became a Associate Professor at the Czech Technical University in Prague in 2018. He currently serves as the head of Department of Biomechanics at the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Czech Academy of Sciences. He manages several research projects in the field of advanced imaging methods and biomechanical analysis. His research interests comprise instrumentation for 4D X-ray computed tomography and three-dimensional multi-level characterization of bio-materials and biological hard tissues.
