Mapping Grain Morphology and Grain Orientations by Laboratory Diffraction Contrast Tomography (83)
The novel laboratory-based diffraction contrast tomography (LabDCT) has shown its capability to non-destructively map the 3D morphology and crystallographic orientation of polycrystalline samples. Here we introduce the methodology behind this imaging modality and provide example applications of multimodal imaging analysis as well as 4D studies of materials evolutions.
